According to the
Guilan University of Medical Sciences information website (WEBDA), the new
acting chancellor of Guilan University of Medical Sciences, Dr. Arsalan Salari
stated: “We have to promote the university to what people and staff deserve
with contemplation and sympathy. In this regard, I will use the strategies and
opinions of the honorable health minister, the positive potential and capacity
of all provincial and national officials, the system compassionates and Supreme
Leader's Representative Office, professors and staff.”

The new acting
chancellor of Guilan University of Medical Sciences reiterated: “Considering
the wide range of activities in the field of health and the widespread
association of different people of the community with Guilan University of
Medical Sciences, acceptance of the responsibility in this system is very
vital.” Currently, given the sensitive economic conditions of the community, in
order to improve the process, exit from the current situation, and reduce wait
time for patients who are in the long line of receiving government services, we
require short-term and emergency planning, and to realize some of the
university objectives such as setting up the Lakan Site, building the
Mega-Hospital, etc. we are in need of a long-term plan.

Appreciating the
university management team in the past few years, he stated: " Honestly,
Dr. Yousefzadeh has been working hard to improve health over the last three
years with double effort and new ideas."

Referring to the point
that the objective is to help people and satisfy everyone who is connected with
the Guilan University of Medical Sciences, Dr. Salari said: I have come to help
and I expect everyone to help. In this regard, university executives are
expected to continue to work at all levels with great effort and love. Hopefully we will have the least changes.

At the end, he asked
the university officials and executives to refrain from sending flowers and
installing banners considering the economic conditions.
